In the midst of coronavirus (COVID-19) and quarantine mandates, Your Notary Next Door continues to effectively notarize documents for clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

We have placed guidelines to reduce exposure during a notarization while still satisfying the statutory requirements for a legal notarization:

  • Wearing gloves and a mask
  • Eliminating physical contact. (Not shaking hands)
  • Not sharing pens. We suggest to every party to bring their own and sanitize after usage or gift them one.
  • Keeping a safe distance from the principal (minimum of six feet).
  • Arranging the documents so each document needing to be notarized is grouped together to reduce the amount of time being spent with the signer
